This Shipping Policy describes how Artviayou manage shipping of products purchase through both our Supply Shop, and artwork purchased through our main website. This policy may be amended from time to time. We encourage viewors to and users of our sites to regularly review our Shipping Policy. This document is to be read in conjunction with our Terms & Conditions.
- Order Processing:
Normal order processing for our Supply Store can take between 7-21 business days (Monday – Friday) as items are drop-shipped from various suppliers.
Items on the Supply Store explicitly marked as ‘Next Day Delivery’ will be delivered within 1 business day (Monday – Friday) with a twenty-four (24) hour turn-around.
Normal order processing for our Artwork Store can take between 7-14 business days (Monday – Friday) as items are dispatched from a range of vendors both from the United Kingdom, and overseas.
- Shipping Delivery
The following shipping methods are available: Standard Delivery for Supplies (7-21 days), Standard Delivery for Artwork (7-14 days) and Next Day Delivery for Supplies (1 day). Standard Delivery is the default across all our product-lines, with some products also being eligible for Next Day Delivery.Â
- Standard Delivery:
- Orders delivered anywhere in the world, and should arrive in 7 – 21 business days (supplies) or 7 – 14 days (artwork) depending on delivery location. Orders shipped to overseas territories may take slightly longer due to special shipping arrangements; We will contact you if this is the case.
- Next Day Delivery:
- Next Day delivery is only available on select products from our Supplies Store. Next Day delivery orders will be processed on the same day if they are placed by 5pm UTC, and should arrive in 1 business day. Orders placed after 5pm UTC may be processed on the following business day, and should arrive in 2 business days. Not all items are eligible for expedited delivery. This method is not available for overseas customers and only eligible to products shipped within the United Kingdom – apologies.

- What is the “Oversized Shipping” charge?
For some items shipping, an incremental shipping charge may be incurred due to an item’s size and weight. The incremental charge is charged for total quantity ordered. This is for large, abstract sized artworks not covered by our Cost of Shipping Guide (3) above. (Note: The incremental charge, if applicable, is displayed on product detail pages and throughout checkout)
- Shipping Promotion Exclusions
The following items are excluded from shipping promotions: oversized shipping charges, gift cards, custom invitations, custom canvas and some Supply Store1 purchases.

- Free Delivery on Hundreds of Items
When your total basket price is over £100 (GBP), we offer free delivery on all items at checkout. For basket prices below £100 (GBP), we vary delivery fees based on the size and weight of the item – A detailed breakdown will be available throughout checkout. Oversized charges may still apply for free delivery.
- Signature Required on Delivery
Some orders may require a signature at time of delivery. If signature is required, our designated courier company will make three delivery attempts, excluding weekends and holidays. (Please Note: Where a courier cannot acquire a signature, courier policy on delivery will apply – Artviayou cannot intervene in such policy.)
- Indemnification & Courier Notice
Artviayou ships Supply Store products via drop-shipping couriers, and Artwork Store items through: EMS, DPD and FedEx. Once items are dispatched by Artviayou, you agree to indemnify and hold warrantless Artviayou Ltd. for any damage, defect, or otherwise of the product (Supply or Artwork) and any third-party – Including but not limited to people, property or pets. We recommend you check the policies of each courier separately. We may change this policy from time to time, so if this is important to you, please check back regularly.
